It's My Turn...

So I am finally going to post this like I promised!!! I remembered that I was supposed to when Elizabeth asked me if I wear hats??? I can't wait to see what she makes me! I was also inspired by a super crafty idea I saw online! So here it is:

Pass It On...

Here is the deal:

The first five people to comment on this post will get something made by me.
My choice.
For you.

This offer does have some restrictions and limitations: I make no guarantees that you will like what I make. What I make will be just for you. It'll be done with-in a year. You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. No guarantees, I may sew or stitch or bake something. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure! I reserve the right to do whatever I want!

The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must re-post this on your own blog and offer the same deal to 5 of your own lucky blog readers. So, the first 5 people to leave a comment telling me they are in, win a homemade gift by me! Be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it.

My Inspiration
Scroll down through...there are several!
And because of the rules there is really no guarantee that one of these is what you will get!!!

And the winner is...

Thank you Muria, Elizabeth, and Sarah for entering my giveaway contest!!

Okay so the deal is that since I technically have only three entries from two families you ALL win because I love you all and decided to thank you for supporting my giveaway! So congrats to you all and your bags will be ready in about a week (Everitts...when you get here!)

Our 100th Post!

Our blog started out as a way to keep in touch with our good friends the Everitts who moved to California a year ago and has morphed into a family scrapbook of sorts. Sharing photo's, recipes, crafts, and keeping an online record of our homeschool activities and projects are what it is all about now that we have some experience with the "blogging thing"!

To celebrate we are doing a giveaway!

I have been wanting to make reusable sandwich bags ever since I saw a tutorial online! The one you see above is NOT mine but one I found online and is the style I will be making for the giveaway! If you are the winner you will receive a set of 4 bags!

All you need to do is post a comment below (one per person please).

Receive 5 more entries if you post this on your blog with a link back here! Please let me know in the comments that you did with a link to your blog!

We will pick a name randomly on the 20th of June!!! Check back here then to see who the winner is. The winner must then contact me within 48 hours or I will pick another.
